Harrison is a great personal Trainer. He takes time to learn about you as a person. He motivates and advices on exercise, health & nutrition. As a 53 yr old menopausal woman he pushes me to limits I never knew I could reach which boosts my confidence. He certainly is an expert in his field. If like me you don’t have the confidence to just “go to the gym” then I highly recommend Wadhams Fitness Training.

Absolutely amazing ...Harrison is very very friendly and knowledgeable, You can tell he knows what he is talking about but shhhh we dont need to tell him that lol ....He pushes you to ur limits and when you wanna give up he gives u a look (ahhhhh the dreaded look) but u only get it because he knows u can do it, so you end up pushing yourself but feel amazing after. 100% recommend I won't be going anywhere else.x

I’ve been training with Harrison for about 6 years now and even through lockdown we managed to keep going. Harrison gives me the confidence and motivation to keep going and knows my limits when I often don’t know them myself. I have a back injury which hasn’t always helped things but even the medical professionals are amazed at how lifting helps strengthen my back and how strong I now am. Never in a million years did I even think I could lift heavy and lift well! Thanks H 💣💪🏻💪🏻

Harrison is an amazing Personal Trainer. He listens to his clients needs and tailors the sessions accordingly. He is so knowledgeable and I feel confident that he will find the perfect balance between pushing me to achieve my personal results, without feeling pressured into pushing myself beyond my capabilities. I thoroughly recommend Harrison to anyone.

Harrison is brilliant! Been having personal training sessions for 2 years now and I’ve become so much stronger and more confident. The classes he does are also really fun with a great atmosphere. Couldn’t recommend more!

I have been with Harrison at WFT for some time years now, initially going to him on recommendation following knee surgery. He is knowledgeable and assessed knee for strength and flexibility. He set the training to match and has always made it varied, fun and challenging. I have confidence in the knee now and have returned to all sports thanks to him. The classes are great too. Highly recommended and thank you 😁

Really enjoyed my first 6 weeks sessions with Harrison. Just what i needed a dedicated programme. Results are evident and he is always on hand with guidance. Would definitely recommend Harrison if you are serious about improving your fitness and strength

Couldn’t recommend Harrison highly enough. My daughter attends weekly sessions and the improvement in her strength, fitness and overall confidence is amazing. She loves them and can herself notice how much of a positive difference they make. If you are considering having personal training sessions, Harrison is the one to book with, he knows his stuff and knows how to get the best out of his clients.

Harrison is an amazing PT it didn’t take him long to work out how strong I am and what I am capable of lifting, he really is a nice genuine person and really makes you feel at ease. I’d highly recommend him for all your training needs. He knows his stuff !!!!

The monthly girl band group workout we do with Harrison are always energising, challenging and enjoyable. Harrison as a Personal Trainer can enjoy a laugh but also is motivating and keeps you working hard throughout your whole session. Thanks again Harrison :)
